Maximum productivity at highest security and reliability
The data can be sent online to FPI4800 processed and printed on a laser printer. At the same time an OMR code (Optical Mark Recognition) is printed on each sheet.
With the help of this code the reading station of the connected inserting machine can recognize how many sheets are to be fed in 1 envelope. The OMR sequence control offers all-round security which means protection against
- Double sheet feeding
- Wrong sequence
- Missing documents
Furthermore there is the possibility to add enclosures - such as flyers - automatically.
Salary slips or invoices require - besides the most quick handling - an absolutely confidential and reliable processing.
The option "Closed Loop" - in connection with a special software - enables the complete mail tracking and documentation. The original printing data are compared with the finished envelopes. This is done by a camera reading and verifying a 2D code which is printed in the envelope window.
